To provide Janitorial Services including all labour, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for Canada's building Office located at 715 PEEL street, Montréal, QC, H3C 4H6

The period of the Contract is from date of Contract for a 2 year period with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract for an additional three (3) consecutive one (1) year periods.

There is an optional site visit associated with this requirement. The visit is strongly recommended and will take place at a specific time indicated in the Tender documents.
