No exceptions to this will be permitted.All questions and enquiries from the site visit must be submitted to the ITT Contact person prior to the date and time as per section 3.2 Timetable.Representatives of your firm attending a site visit must provide and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.Brief Description of WorkThe work includes the roof replacement at 1025 Granville Street, Vancouver and as further set out at Appendices: Appendix E – Specifications and Drawings Appendix G – Roof Assessment Report BC Housing is looking for a general contractor to perform the roof replacement renovation project at 1025 Granville Street, Vancouver. The scope of work includes, but not limited to: Replacement of existing rooftop Replacement of two existing lower roofs Replacement of existing skylights. Replacement of existing roof anchors Replacement of existing windows along the two lower roofs. Removal of hazardous materials impacted by the Scope of Work New roofs to obtain 10 year RCABC RGC RoofStar Guarantee This project needs to be completed by an RCABC approved roofing contractor.Please refer to the attached appendix for more detail.
