This ITT is an invitational solicitation run via one of BC Housing’s region-specific prequalified rosters for Prime Contractors. Replace ductwork as per design. This work will require electrical upgrades as per the drawings and specifications designed by Impact Engineering to support this project and to allow for future expansion to the lower floor. The winning proponent is expected to mobilize onto site within 20 days of receiving award and requires a valid City of Coquitlam Business license. Building Permit has already been issued.a) Supply and install equipment, accordingly, including all piping, controls and duct modifications as required to complete installation.b) Expand existing Delta Building Management System to control and monitor new mechanical equipment.c) Roof mounted condensing units to be seismically mounted to existing roof.d) Provide condensate drains from each air handling unit to the closest washroom orjanitor’s room.e) Provide testing, commissioning, and demonstration of system operation for the ACsystem and one-year warranty as per specification f) Upgrade electrical system as per specifications from Impact EngineeringYour submission MUST be submitted using the following method:Your submission MUST be submitted electronically through BC Bid.
