Description
1. This project is to Supply and install Replacement Chillers that service the Queen Victoria Hospital in Revelstoke BC. Renovate/Upgrade existing Services and enclosures as required to accommodate the New Chiller. All work as per Specifications- Demolition- Isolate, reclaim refrigerant and decommission existing chiller unit.- All permits and certifications as required by code and the local jurisdiction.-New Air-cooled chiller and associated ancillaries.-New Variable Speed pumps and associated Ancillaries.- Thermal Insulation.- New Seismic Structural supports required for new equipment piping to BCBC 2018.- DDC integration.- Modifications to existing interconnecting chilled water piping .- System electrical, mechanical modifications and commissioning directly associated to the replacement chiller unit installation .-Commissioning of System including operation and maintenance manuals. 2. The estimated construction budget for the Project is $700,000.003. Substantial Completion date to be determined by Contractor
