The City of Parkland, Florida is seeking to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified, state-certified licensed general contractors, hereinafter referred to as the “Bidder”, for the remediation of the infrastructure site work for the City’s Pinetree Estates North/Ternbridge Trail Drainage Improvements Project in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation document.  This is to mitigate flooding, and to re-establish a ditch that maximizes water storage and conveyance. The scope of this project comprises the construction of the infrastructure site work; the work will include but not be limited to earthwork and drainage improvements associated with the clearing and grubbing, tree and vegetation removal, ditch earthwork cut, and fill, soil excavation and haul offsite, ditch bank restoration, sodding, culvert and endwall installation, and site civil work (such as ditch crossings with pavement, sidewalk, and railing).  The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified in accordance with the terms, conditions, scope of work, specifications and requirements contained in this solicitation document.
