Description

The subject matter of the contract is the provision of programming services by the selected Tenderer for the design and development of a mobile application with the functionalities specified by the Employer, together with its subsequent maintenance.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is a service for the selected Bidder to perform programming work on the design and development of a mobile application having the functionalities specified by the Orderer, together with its subsequent maintenance. Elements of the contract: - Programming of the mobile application for iOS (full-stack) and Android (full-stack) operating systems;- Ongoing testing of mobile applications;- Conducting audit work on emerging mobile applications;- Ongoing UX consultation in subsequent development work expanding the scope of the created mobile application;- Maintenance of the mobile application and its subsequent adaptation to new functionalities using the API communication protocol and additionally changing software and hardware. 2 The order has been divided into three stages :Stage 1 - Delivery of the entertainment module along with the necessary elements of the technical module; Stage 2 - Delivery of the information module and the tourism module; Stage 3 - Delivery of the full technical module and transfer of technical documentation;3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the ToR - Scope of functionality of the mobile application.
