Supply and services for the development, implementation, parameterisation, integration and training of a software solution for the remote monitoring of patients, with centralised supervision and consolidation in electronic medical records. Services for the development, implementation, parameterisation, integration and training of a software solution for tele-tracking, tele-consultation and tele-inter-consultation, enabling the monitoring and remote attention (automated and personal) of patients with the possibility of collaborating between professionals with or without patients, all integrated with existing information systems. The development or supply of an audio-visual/video-library content manager to be used by all the professionals of the Public Health System of La Rioja. Development of a system of playable activities for therapeutic purposes in immersive virtual reality on the Unity 3D engine. The virtual reality environment must be composed of a commercial virtual reality game system such as HTC Vive, and be complemented with additional devices to capture patient movements and responses in a non-invasive manner (weareables, Leap Motion infrared sensors, etc.).
