the purpose of this framework agreement is to set up, manage and operate an SMS and voicemail distribution and tracking solution for Family branch sites and their upgrades.
The purpose of this framework agreement is:- to set up and manage an SMS and voicemail distribution and tracking solution for Family branch sites. The Framework Agreement covers the administration and operation of the expected services and their upgrades,- the provision of an SMS and voicemail distribution solution in Saas mode, managed and hosted by the contractor, giving users access and managing access rights according to user profiles. Implementation of secure communication interfaces, via a secure Internet connection, between the contracting authority and the contractor to manage:o Requests to send SMS and voicemail messages from the contracting authority's IS to the contractor;o Feedback from the contractor to the contracting authority on the status of SMS and voicemail message transmission and reception;o Transmission by the contractor to the contracting authority of unit SMS and mass SMS/voicemail message distribution status. A set of study, training and evolutionary maintenance services, in the form of work units
