Description

The subject of the contract is the execution and implementation of the e-tourism component of the "Virtual Warsaw Functional Area" project. (Virtual WOF), co-financed by the European Union as part of the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020, i.e. implementation of a mobile application for Android and iOS platforms. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the model agreement and its annexes. The Contracting Authority may allocate a maximum of: - 5 533 418,18 PLN gross for the execution of stages 1 to 15,- 263 747,58 PLN gross for the execution of stage 16.The Contracting Authority may allocate a maximum of 5 797 165,76 PLN gross for the execution of this contract.This is the second procedure. Execution and implementation of the e-tourism component of the "Virtual Warsaw Functional Area" project (Virtual WOF), co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazovian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020. The subject of the agreement is the implementation of a mobile application for Android and iOS platforms, in particular:1. carrying out a pre-executionary analysis;2. development of UX mock-ups;3. development of graphic designs;4. implementation of graphic materials for the needs of extended functionalities (AR);5. delivery of beacons;6. preparation for development work;7. 7. implementation of the content management module (CMS);8. implementation of the communication and beacon management module;9. implementation of the statistical module;10. implementation of the mobile application;11. introduction of information content;12. assignment of beacons with objects;13. implementation of the platform in the production environment;14. publication of mobile applications and provision of source codes;15. training;16. support and maintenance.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the model agreement and its appendices. The deadline for completion of the subject of the agreement (completion of phase 6) cannot exceed 30 November 2022. The deadline for performing the pre-completion analysis cannot exceed 8 weeks from the date of concluding the agreement. The deadline for implementation of the platform in the production environment (completion of phase 13) may not exceed 30 June 2022. Detailed terms and conditions of order execution are included in the specimen agreement constituting Annex 5 to the ToR and its appendices (description of the subject of the order, functional requirements, non-functional requirements).
