The tendered contract comprises 2 services (service/work services):1) Maintenance, servicing, further development and operation of the existing TYPO3 websites under TYPO3 version 8 of the client including the necessary security updates as well as further minor updates and major updates after separate retrieval. 7 instances in total:- Construction kit as multisite instance with approx. 20 appearances, - seniors as Multisite-Instanz with approx. 35 appearances and - in each case one instance for the following web pages: - sozialnetz.de - einbuergerung.hessen.de (contains an interface to the Hessenfinder), - ergo-online.de - remembrances - in the net.de and - antidiskriminierung.hessen.de (in work).2) Creation of new TYPO3 web pages for the client in own instances of the contractor as well as their subsequent care/maintenance and operation and after separate call the creation of browser-based individual developments (usually access-protected applications for the administration, processing and retrieval of data on the basis of the programming language PHP).The applicants (bidders) selected in the competition will be provided with the layout/design (see Annex 2) and a detailed concept (see Annex 1) developed for a first project by the client, which describe the defined project-specific and general functions for a new TYPO3 website to be programmed, together with the invitation to submit a tender. When submitting a bid, each bidder must submit a corresponding concept based on this concept, which is evaluated by the client (see criterion B12 in the catalogue of criteria). Programming of a new social network project "Addresses in Hessen": Within the framework of this invitation to tender, the bidder must also submit a bid for the first project to be implemented with the CMS TYPO3. This website bears the project title "Addresses in Hessen" and is described in more detail in the attached detailed concept (Annex 1), which is a generally accessible directory of addresses which, as a service for the citizens of the state, offers a central point of contact for searching, finding and researching public addresses from the social sector in Hessen (authorities, social institutions, associations and individual contact persons). Using a map of Hessen (Google Maps, Open Street Map or equivalent), it must be possible to search and find addresses according to categories or keywords and locations, export search results as a PDF file and develop an easy-to-use, efficient application for managing address data (backend) on the same technical platform (TYPO3).The master data of the addresses from the old application (with over 15,000 addresses) is available as CSV and must be imported into the new address database application by the contractor within the scope of this project. In the future, the address data records will also be made available to other applications and websites of the social network via an API. The aim of this comprehensive measure is to ensure that addresses are only created and maintained in one place in order to avoid redundancies, save costs and thus ensure that the data is comprehensively up-to-date and of high quality.
