Conclusion of framework agreements for support services with several economic operatorsLot 1: Passenger information and project consulting BVG meets changing requirements by continuously identifying passengers' information needs and developing its passenger information systems accordingly. In addition, there are legal targets and obligations, such as the realization of a completely barrier-free public transport system or the structured provision of traffic and availability data at data hubs.The system environment must therefore be repeatedly put to the test, questioned and renewed, additional data sources must be tapped and customer-oriented information concepts must be developed.Lot 1 comprises the support as well as the external project support of passenger information projects and project consulting. BVG is looking for service providers who have specialized in this particular area.Lot 2 Mobility data and project and stakeholder managementIn the area of service, BVG's network, line and timetable services are designed and optimized. By systematically analyzing supply and demand, using powerful tools and providing planning data from proven and new data sources, the "Supply Basics" department creates a powerful and reliable basis for supply and product development. In addition, the "Transport Contract Team" is responsible for the company-wide implementation of the requirements from the transport contract/local transport plan and communication with the State of Berlin (in particular with the public transport authority).a) Mobility dataOne of the tasks is the development of new, previously unused data sources, their linking with existing data and the associated data preparation, analysis, linking, interpretation and presentation. Particularly against the backdrop of the ongoing optimization of our local transport services and with a view to the mobility turnaround and winning back and gaining new passengers, it is essential to constantly integrate new perspectives and opportunities into our daily work.For the permanent further development of its service in line with changing customer needs and the dynamically growing city, BVG needs support in project coordination and at the technical level from people with many years of experience and expertise who work independently.b) Project and stakeholder managementThe new transport contract brings with it a host of new tasks (e.g. documentation obligations, monitoring, financing concepts, bonus and malus for quality control). The local transport plan as a legal planning instrument with the standards and specifications it contains represents an essential basis, particularly for the state of Berlin.In the interests of fulfilling its tasks and the many stakeholders involved, BVG is looking for service providers who are familiar with the strategic challenges of the mobility turnaround in public transport and who can offer professionally competent and independent support in project coordination and management.
