Description

The Fire Department of the City of Munich is looking for specialist planning for the software and hardware replacement of the Integrated Control Center (ILS) and Emergency ILS Munich. From 2023, the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior (StMI) will provide all Bavarian ILSs with a new operational control system (ELS) and a new communication system, with the ILS Munich acting as a pilot control center. In order to be able to operate the new ELS as well as the communication system, an exchange of the existing hardware is absolutely necessary. In this context, the complete hardware and software exchange of the operations control system, communication system and the infrastructure must be planned, prepared and tested, for which the fire management requires an external specialist planning. The specialist planning will also accompany the implementation.
In total, the future framework agreement comprises an estimated 5,625 person-hours over the contract period of 2 years, including 2 extension options of one year each. For this purpose, a framework agreement is to be concluded with an economic operator. This has a term of 2 years from the date of award. In addition, there are 2 renewal options of one year each. The concrete commissioning is carried out by individual commissioning by the client.
