Description

The Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) is looking for a high performance service provider who will take care of the website www.ibb.de and continuously develop its content and technology. The IBB uses the CMS First Spirit. A framework agreement with a term of four years is to be concluded, without a minimum order volume for the ongoing support, which includes the following main tasks:1. Development of concepts for the modernization of our web presence:- Optimization of the user guidance for a better findability of contents on the basis of our tracking reports (eTracker) including current user expectations and SEO requirements,- Development and further development of digital services, mainly on the website and the IBB customer portal,- Support of agile digital projects for the IBB: Conception of UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) as well as planning and execution of UX tests,- Implementation of the legal requirements for accessibility on ibb.de.2. further development of our design based on the bank's corporate design specifications:- Implementation of the concept: programming and development of conceptual enhancements in the CMS FirstSpirit and its modules,- documentation of design elements in the system "frontify"; this should continue to be used and expanded.3Support and maintenance:- Content editing (creation of new content, text editing, quality assurance),- Content editing,- Further development of the website, e.g. concept, layout/graphics and CMS implementation or programming,- Web analysis based on the etracker tool,- Technical support for our IT: CMS updates and server,- Communication and coordinationFor a detailed description of the services, please refer to the document "Description of Services" (Appendix 1.1).
