Introduction of a company-wide IT solution for workforce managementIntroduction of a uniform workforce management solution (scheduling and mobile front-end) for Westfalen Weser Netz GmbH and Energieservice Westfalen Weser GmbH The introduction affects the gas, electricity, water and heating sectors. The meter sector (mass business) is explicitly excluded from this.
The introduction of a company-wide IT solution for workforce management with highly flexible scheduling (resource planning) in order to be able to guarantee network operation including construction support activities with the decreasing own resources.The digitalization concerns the following process flows:Maintenance/repair/inspection and reconstruction of the infrastructure:Creation of orders for the execution of maintenance, inspection, repair and reconstruction measures, disposition of orders to internal company resources or resource groups, order processing using mobile devices, feedback, checking/release and posting to orders.Notification and processing of malfunctions:- Central creation and scheduling of orders for malfunction elimination as well as spontaneous notification of malfunction orders (malfunction reports) within the scope of mobile order processing (maintenance/inspection) when a malfunction is detected on site.general conditions:- SAP PM (EAM) has been set as the order management system for all relevant operating resources and will be used in the future as a binding standard,- Status 05-2020 is planned to complete the currently running preliminary project SAP PM (EAM) - GIS by the end of 2020. Project content: Clear delimitation of data management SAP PM (EAM) incl. data cleansing - GIS, setup of asset structures and illustration of checklists,- For the WFM solution to be selected, the use of the existing standard functions must be as comprehensive as possible. I.e. individual development only in justifiable exceptional cases,- The market roles gMSB and wMSB (meter mass processes) are excluded from the disposition. This means that the inspection of meter connection boxes is assigned to the Repair area,- Suppliers are only taken into account if they offer an SAP platform-based solution, an SAP integration layer, or an SAP standard interface,- Within the scope of the WFM implementation, there are no full-time dispatchers. This means that foremen also assume the role of schedulers, which requires a correspondingly user-friendly WFM solution. A use case-based procedure was selected for the roles of fitter and foreman when the requirements were defined. The following use cases were defined:For the role fitter:1. login,2. order overview,3. orientation and order localization,4. time recording,5. order/process processing,6. create maintenance notification,7. system history,8. photo function,9. dictation function,10. synchronization,11. short-term notifications,12. intelligent search,13. order interruption,14. recording of operating equipment data,15. chat function,16. logout,17. own dispatching (defined types of orders). for the role master:1. creation of workload plan,2. creation of rough time schedule,3. creation of weekly/daily program.
