Description

The objective of the award procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with (a maximum of) four framework agreement partners per lot regarding IT services, in particular software development and software consulting in 4 lots: Lot 1: Business Processes - Consulting; Lot 2: Business Processes - Implementation; Lot 3: Human Resources Processes - Consulting; Lot 4: Human Resources Processes - Implementation.
The subject matter of lot 1 comprises consulting for business processes in the SAP environment, in particular in the areas of financial accounting, controlling, procurement and sales. The subject matter of lot 2 is the provision of implementation services for business processes in the SAP environment (see 1.1.2.1 above) as well as optional maintenance of the developed solution and optional support services within the scope of the technical conversion to S/4HANA.Implementation is understood to mean customizing (setting up the standard SAP software to meet the customer's requirements) as well as customer-specific programming. The subject matter of Lot 3 is consulting services for the establishment and further development of personnel processes, in particular the digitalization of end-to-end processes for employees and managers in the SAP environment. The subject matter of Lot 4 is the provision of implementation services for HR processes in the SAP environment (see 1.1.2.3 above) as well as optional maintenance of the developed solution and optional support services in the context of the technical conversion to S/4HANA.Implementation is understood to mean customizing (setting up the standard SAP software to meet the customer's requirements) as well as customer-specific programming.
