Description

The aim of the procurement is to find a service provider to provide a maths exercise software as a SaaS solution on the basis of a framework agreement. Further details of the subject matter of the contract and the details of the procurement are set out in this notice and the award documents.
In recognition of the responsibility of the school authorities, the Federal State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania will provide schools in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with a uniform digital tool for the training, consolidation and expansion of mathematical skills. In addition to individually used offers at the schools in M-V, a tool should be available for all, which is curricularly didactically suitable for use at least for the orientation stage as well as the secondary stage I and II.The math exercise software to be procured should be usable by the secondary and vocational schools, by the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture as well as by the Institute for Quality Development Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Data protection and IT security have a correspondingly high priority.The framework agreement to be concluded thus concerns the rental provision of a maths exercise software as a web-based SaaS solution accessible via telecommunications connection (incl. hosting at the contractor's, provision of storage space for the application data generated by the authorised user through use of the software and/or the application data required for use of the software, maintenance/support, customising/modification, training) for use of its functionality to the extent set out in Annex 1 (price sheet), Annex 2 (service description) and Annex 3 (list of criteria). The concrete subject matter and scope of services shall be specified in the respective individual call-off. It is intended to conclude a framework agreement with the contractor with a term of 36 months. The framework agreement shall be automatically extended (once) by 12 months unless the Client terminates the framework agreement no later than 4 weeks before the end of the contract. The maximum term of the framework agreement is therefore 48 months.
