The HZI plans to introduce a Managed Security Information and Event Management (Managed SIEM), which will be expanded, operated and continuously evaluated by the AN. The solution is to combine the messages from all connected systems and provide early conclusions about the need for action, especially in the area of IT security, but also with regard to optimization potential in the operating. The Managed SIEM is to be integrated with the other elements of IT security (especially ISMS and Vulnerability Scanner) to form a uniform situation picture and to expand (establish) the business processes required for this. Automated alarms are to be triggered for predictable threats (patterns).1. Fast and reliable detection of attacks2.
