The assignment concerns:- Providing, implementing and maintaining an integrated geographical information software application for the cities and municipalities. This means:O The installation of 1 global database;O Migration of the existing data to this database;O Application performance monitoring that ensures that the more municipalities use the application, the performance remains high;O Updates of software in the event of changing or new legal requirements (links);O Provision of ELS (Early Life Support) and a period of hypercare during the implementation of the software.- Providing support in case of problems with the application by end users (usually second line support, but can also be first line support) - Providing end user manuals, technical documents and documentation (both digital and printed) - Optional:O Providing training to end users;O Providing on-demand support (e.g., by means of a web-based service) For attending kick-off meetings, specific developments at the request of the contracting authority in response to new needs in cities and municipalities, additional configurations, etc.);O Link with the 'Buildings Register'.What does Fluvius itself do:- Data management (keeping the database up-to-date);- Setting up and maintaining the server environment (including security);- Setting up and maintaining the housing environment;- Providing the connection of the Fluvius datacenter with the back systems of the cities and municipalities;- Providing support in case of problems with the application by end users (first line support);- Providing training to end users;- All coordination necessary for the smooth running (kick-off meetings, contacts with cities and municipalities).The contract has a term of 4 years, renewable by a maximum of 48 months, the date foreseen for the entry into force of the agreement is 20.9.2019.
