This plot includes all kinds of profiles that can be hired individually and separately, to strengthen existing teams, projects and activities, with competencies such as customer focus, collaboration and innovation. This parcel shall include at least all core profiles of parcels 1 to 10, as well as any other profile that may arise from new technologies, methodologies or legislation. The purpose of this plot is twofold: on the one hand, to be able to ask as many suppliers as possible to hire profiles, and on the other hand, to be able to hire future profiles whose title/competencies VDAB does not know today.
