Description

The services expected for batch 1 are the following: batch 1: maintenance, control and projectDomain 1-A: functional administration of the application and user support:- ensure the proper functioning of the Edifis application, implement the requests made by the company and guarantee the integrity and completeness of the metadata in Edifis,- maintenance, configuration and administration of the application to ensure the smooth running of the consolidation and reporting cycles in coordination with the company's consolidation and reporting departments. Produce and update any document necessary for the administration of the application, - assistance and support for users: telephone assistance, produce and maintain any document necessary to keep users informed of the application's features, - user training: preparation or updating of media, preparation of environments, animation of sessions, - management of authorizations, - processing of requests for corrective or functional evolutionary maintenance, - performance of non-regression or proper functioning tests as part of technical, functional or planned operations (workstation, application patching, PRA), - communication on the functioning of the application (version upgrades, availability, shutdown/restart).Field 1-B: expertise and technical assistance: - ensure application management, - technical expertise mission: technological monitoring, solution optimization audits, support on the implementation of new technical functionalities, etc., - correction of technical incidents with, if necessary, the management of SRs (service request) with the publisher, - handling requests relating to infrastructure, architecture and requests for evolution/complex technical studies, - assistance from the company on the exercise of PRA.Field 1-C: Project implementation and management:- definition, implementation and management of projects from general design to production, user assistance and transition to OLS, with the aim of obtaining an optimal result in line with the company's requirements in terms of quality, performance, cost, deadlines and safety,- definition and drafting of the design and detailed technical specifications, developments, unit tests for integration and non-regression of the proposed solutions and choices, support during the business acceptance phase, - preparation and production start-up, assistance to post-startup users, MCO transition, - change management: information and training of users and OLS teams of the application. This batch 2 relates to the following activities:- processing of complex requests for corrective or evolutive maintenance: instruction of the request, design of the solution and drafting of technical-functional specifications, implementation of unit developments and tests, integration and non-regression, - functional expertise: coordination, management and modification of the configuration repository and loading of data structures (metadata, rules, etc.), - support and advice before and during projects.
