Germany - IT service contract

Description

Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") operates Frankfurt Airport as well as several other airports, terminals and service companies worldwide, either alone or together with third parties. Fraport and Frankfurt Airport belong to KRITIS, which is why many of the BSI's minimum IT security requirements are relevant to the contract.

The subject of this contract award is the following services:
Fraport provides its necessary information and communication services at Frankfurt Airport via its IUK service unit. The data center operation required for these services (incl. server, storage, DB, cloud workload), the operation of Fraport's network, the service desk and the necessary process control will be newly awarded as part of this tender as a framework agreement.

Once the contract has been awarded (planned for Q4/2024), the migration period will begin, which must be completed by 30.06.2025.

Applicants must sign a confidentiality agreement provided by Fraport and submit it together with the request to participate.

Following the competitive bidding process, an indicative bidding round will be conducted as part of the bidding phase, followed by one or more binding bidding rounds.
