Description
You must be able to provide support and operation services for a software system including:
- installation, testing and running of standard corrections and updates
- supplying new software versions and releases with related items
- giving advice on the performance tuning of all software-related items
- train NLB's staff on how to use the software
- recovering lost data and restoration
- repairing damaged data
To bid, you must:
- have completed at least 3 maintenance support related services in the last 3 years
- provide details of similar scale projects with experience in Java, HTML, Sun Solaris, Microsoft.Net Technology and other related programming language
