Description

It is planned to geometrically reduce the size of the primary clarifier with the aim of reducing residence times and, in this context, to renew the scraper's mechanical equipment, which requires construction work (trade 0501) and the installation of technical equipment (trade 0701). It can be assumed that various trades will be carried out at the same time, with the existing primary clarifier scraper and the entire basin equipment being dismantled by trade 0701. The additional services essentially comprise the project planning, design, manufacture, delivery and turnkey installation, including commissioning and trial operation of a primary clarifier scraper, including the necessary safety equipment and the electrical cabinet with all the electrical equipment and connections. In addition, trade 0701 will install the new tank equipment consisting of a drainage channel, baffle, floating sludge ramp and plug-in valves ready for operation.The services to be performed are essentially:- 0701: Dismantling work,- 0701: Installation of primary clarifier scraper,- 0701: Installation of basin equipment,- 0701: Electrotechnical equipment, cabling and programming for the fully automatic operation of the primary clarifier scraper,- 0701: Commissioning, trial operation, signage, documentation, etc. Further information can be found in the tender documents, in particular the construction specifications and the bill of quantities.
