It is an existing, four-storey building with a partial basement, which is used as an administrative location. Access is via Falkentaler Chaussee and Friedhofstraße. The construction work described is to be carried out as part of the refurbishment of the foyer with adjoining technical area, the archive and fire protection upgrades.
