Chile - IP Telephony Platform Support and Maintenance

Description

The contracting of support and maintenance services for the hardware and software necessary for the correct operation of the IP telephony platform, which, in its main infrastructure, will be installed in the data center of the municipality and the technical room of the Community Development Office building, both buildings located in the Lo Barnechea commune.
Thus, the municipality requires the integral support and maintenance service of its IP telephony platform, which should include the support of all the hardware and software equipment for the operation of the system, in particular the provision, installation and maintenance of the IP telephone exchanges, and the necessary firmware, operating systems and software updates to ensure the correct operation of the platform. With the exception of the telephone equipment, no other type of maintenance or support will be required for the purposes of this bid.
