Description
The contract includes the supply and installation of software with the following functionalities requested:- procurement management: procurement contract monitoring, orders and invoice monitoring, inventory management, reception, inventory, assistance in managing the catering service, allotment management for central kitchens,- production and menu management: compliance with nutritional recommendations, production sheets, menu editing, list of allergens, food waste, workforce management, - management tool for local authorities: reporting, organic product volume indicators and other quality signs, local, daily price, food cost, etc. The tool should interface with the external account management system of the region and departments.Training will have to be provided to the staff of the secondary schools concerned (approximately 326 schools in the long term), and the service also includes the hosting by the contractor of the management tool, as well as corrective and progressive maintenance.
