The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment for the Copernicus Regional Multi-Specialist Oncology and Traumatology Centre in Łódź.Package no. 1 - operating theatre equipment and OiT.Package no. 2 - a car wash.Package no. 3 - a defibrillator with cardioversion.Package no. 4 - surgical diathermy.Package no. 5 - a trolley - a bed to transport patients.The order includes 5 packages. The offer may include the whole order or selected packages. The offer for its validity in a given package must be submitted for all items. The Contracting Authority does not allow tenders for items within packages.3. The subject matter is specified in terms of quantity and assortment and is described in Appendix 2 to the ToR "List of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training".
Package No. 1 - equipment of operating units and OiT. The subject matter was specified quantitatively and assortment-wise and described in Annex No. 2 to the ToR "Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions and training courses". Package no. 2 - car washes. The scope of the subject matter is specified quantitatively and assortment-wise and is described in Annex No. 2 to the ToR "Summary of technical parameters of warranty and training conditions". Package no. 3 - defibrillator with cardioversion.
