Description

Various interpretation services for the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers and the Repatriation and Departure Service, consisting of three parcels. This concerns:

lot 1: interpreting services within the aliens chain
lot 2: interpreting services for the healthcare sector under contractual agreements/ Regulations on Medical Care for Asylum Seekers (RMA) the medical services provided to asylum seekers
lot 3: interpreting services in the context of group information (in the field of preventive healthcare) and training

Various interpreting services for the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers and the Repatriation and Departure Service. Under the new Agreement, this concerns in particular (95 %) the provision of ad hoc telephone interpreting services. On the basis of historical size and future growth, the volume is estimated at approximately 90 000 services and approximately 50 000 interpreting hours on an annual basis. The maximum value of the Contract is 300 000 interpretation hours. Various interpretation services for the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers. This Parcel concerns all care providers who as such provide care to asylum seekers who are in possession of an active COA care number. In the new Agreement it only concerns telephone interpreting services. Based on historical size and future growth, the scope is estimated at approximately 175,000 services and approximately 70,000 interpreting hours on an annual basis.

The maximum value of the Contract is 420 000 interpreting hours Various interpreting services for the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers. This concerns the care providers who carry out group activities at a COA location and on behalf of COA. It concerns the deployment of a live interpreter at a COA location for group information and training. Based on historical size and future growth, the size is estimated at approximately 1,600 services and approximately 3,500 interpreter hours on an annual basis. The maximum value of the Assignment is 21,000 interpreting hours.
