France - Internet Service Provider (ISP)

Description

The subject matter of this Framework Agreement is secure Internet access. The renewal of these services requires the provision of VNF:- a flexible and scalable offer;- proactive incident management;- proactive management of security, statistics and indicators allowing operational monitoring of the services;- the capacity to increase or decrease the access rates of lots 1 and 2 according to VNF's needs throughout the duration of the public contract;- the capacity to propose accesses on other VNF sites than those mentioned at the time of the market launch;- the capacity to propose two different local loop operators to connect the sites of Béthune and VNF's Datacenter for Lots 1 and 2 as part of backup and load shedding solutions.
Batch 1 is made up of the following services: installation of end equipment and provision of nominal fibre optic Internet access with an initial speed of 1 GB/s, which should be able to be upgraded up to 10 GB/s without rebuilding or changing equipment. Batch 2 consists of the following services: Installation of end equipment and provision of back-up Internet access via a different local loop operator from the one in place for Batch 1, as well as a different route (in optical fibre with an initial speed of 1 GB/s which can be upgraded without rebuilding or changing equipment up to 10 GB/s) at the sites of VNF's Bethune datacentre and VNF's back-up datacentre. Supply, warranty extensions and manufacturer support of equipment and associated licenses for firewalls, load balancers and remote connections (VPN).
