Description

Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision and operation of a global IT solution for a social intranet as SaaS - "Software-as-a-Service".
The system provided by the contractor supports the following objectives in particular:- The social intranet of München Klinik is intended for the entire workforce (8,500 employees),- The social intranet is intended to be a working medium for cooperation (collaboration), interaction and networking of all employees and also to function as a channel for editorially supervised, internal communication. This should be able to take place as bottom-up (e.g. surveys, questions to the management), side-to-side and top-down communication. It is about improving digital collaboration and digital internal communication,- The new platform is part of the new world of work, which enables efficient and innovative work. Knowledge is stored sustainably and can be found permanently,- It is important to note that editorial content that is posted centrally must be in German. The system language should be available in German and English,- The goal is to also reach those employees who have "no" desk top computer. The aim is to ensure that the user-friendliness and handling of the new platform is comparable to that of modern social networks available on the Internet. Common social functions such as "Like", commenting, sharing and posting are possible. For this purpose, texts, photos and videos should be conveniently uploadable and available via the IT solution itself,- The successful use of the social intranet should be possible without extensive training,- Content (microblog entries, files and editor content) of employees should be centrally administrable or deletable via a community management and ideally be editable,- The type and scope of access is regulated via roles and authorizations, which can be analyzed via an internal or connected reporting function.
