Description
The total area concerned is 10,000 m2, corresponding to the SUBL of the floors, including floor levels, vertical circulation, technical and sanitary areas and pro rata to the common areas of the floors. the programme includes work on an area of approximately 9,130 m2 on the floors. the programme consists of the installation of 4 levels of office floors for the SNCF in a recent building. The number of workstations will be approximately 1,000. The contract is made up of the following technical batches: Site installation1) demolition;2) masonry, partitions/modular partitions;3) floor covering;4) false ceiling and acoustic tile;5) wall covering;6) acoustic curtains;7) false floor 7 - joinery;8) signage;9) greening;10) furniture;11) CFO/CFA/lighting;12) CVC/smoking;13) multimedia.
