Description
The FFBS is looking for its insurance provider for the period 2021 to 2024, i.e. a firm four-year non-renewable term from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2024.
In accordance with articles L. 321-1 and L. 321-5 of the French Sport Code, the FFBS wishes to take out a group contract in order to comply with its legal obligations and to offer sufficient insurance cover to its structures and its employees, licensees and practitioners of all types for the period 2021 to 2024:- civil liability/recourse and criminal defence insurance;- personal injury insurance.In addition, it wishes to renew its federal insurance policies:- directors' liability insurance;- professional multi-risk insurance;- insurance of sports equipment and materials;- insurance of sports materials and equipment; and to allow its decentralized bodies and affiliated structures that so wish to benefit from appropriate negotiated guarantees:- directors' liability insurance;- insurance of civil liability for organizers of sports events;- multi-risk insurance of sports materials and equipment;- self-mission insurance.
