Task I - property and liability insurance for Pomorskie Koleje Metropolitan Railway S.A. within the scope of:- package no. 1 - insurance of property against fire and other random events, - package no. 2 - insurance of electronic equipment against all risks.2 Other regulations concerning the subject matter of the contract have been described in the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ") constituting Annex no. 1 to the ToR and in the model contract constituting Annex no. 7 to the ToR, under which terms and conditions the Economic Operator shall perform the subject matter of the contract.3The insurance agreement shall be concluded and performed in cooperation with and through insurance brokers of STBU Brokers Ubezpieczeńowiowi Sp. z o.o.4. The data and information contained in the ToR are intended solely for the preparation of an offer, participation in the proceedings, conclusion and performance of insurance agreements and may not be used for other purposes. The ToR and all the Appendices constitute a work within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act of 4 February 1994 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1231, as amended) and are subject to the protection provided for in the law. Additionally, the Awarding Entity informs that: 1) the Awarding Entity does not allow for submitting variants bids;2) the Awarding Entity does not allow for partial bids;3) the Awarding Entity does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in § 57 item 6 of the Regulations;4) settlements between the Awarding Entity and the Economic Operator will be made in PLN;5) the procedure is conducted in the Polish language;6) the Economic Operator may entrust execution of a part of the contract to a subcontractor. In such a situation, the Awarding Entity demands that the Economic Operator indicate the parts of the contract which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and that the Economic Operator indicate the companies of the subcontractors. It is assumed that failure to indicate Subcontractors means that the Economic Operator shall not entrust performance of any part of the contract to Subcontractors if nothing else follows from the contents of the tender.
