This notice concerns a contract for services related to Insurance portfolio of the group TMVW with reference "INTERN-22-012".TMVW ov (0200.068.636) and Farys Solar BV (0886.870.604), acting under this Contract as occasional joint principal within the meaning of Article 48 of the Public Procurement Act of June 17, 2016 are the contracting authorities for this Contract. TMVW is a commissioning association (ov) organized according to the Decree on Local Government (DLB) of December 22, 2017. As an Intermunicipal Partnership, it offers a wide range of products and services for the benefit of customers, participating cities and municipalities and other public players.FARYS Solar manages a solar farm with a maximum capacity of 3.85 MWp, spread over 69 sites. The contract is divided into 10 parcels: - Lot 1: insurance "All Construction Site Risks" (ABR) - Lot 2: deenal insurance - Lot 3: property damage (incl. All Risks Fire, All Risks Electronics, Machine Breakdown) - Lot 4: industrial accidents insurance- Lot 5: liability insurance with legal assistance (incl. ABA Farys/TMVW and FARYS SOLAR, OBA, BA users sports infrastructure property damage)- Lot 6: cyber insurance- Lot 7: Directors' Liability Insurance (D&O)- Lot 8: Motor Vehicles and Omnium Service Displacements- Lot 9: BA physical accidents sports and leisure activities- Lot 10: property damage outdoor sports infrastructure
