European open tender for the award of the contract for insurance services to the Cassa Provinciale Antincendi della Provincia Autonoma di Trento, divided into three lots.
Insurance cover for all material and direct damage caused to insured items by any event whatsoever, occurring during any activity carried out by: the Voluntary Fire Brigade Corps of the Autonomous Province of Trento; the Permanent Fire Brigade Corps of the Autonomous Province of Trento; the Federation of Voluntary Fire Brigade Corps of the Autonomous Province of Trento; the District Unions of the Voluntary Fire Brigade Corps of the Autonomous Province of Trento; whatever the cause, with the sole exception of that which is expressly excluded. The Company shall insure, in accordance with the law and regulations, the risks of civil responsibility for which insurance is compulsory, undertaking to pay, within the agreed limits, the sums of capital, interest and expenses due as compensation for damages involuntarily caused to third parties by the circulation of the vehicles described in the contract. The insurance may be provided for vehicles owned by, leased or hired to the policyholder, as well as vehicles whose holder at the PRA is different from the policyholder. The insurance shall also cover liability for damage caused by the circulation (including parking) of vehicles in private areas, including airports, with extension also to areas used for traffic, manoeuvring and parking of aircrafts.The company also insures risks that are not included in the compulsory insurance and in this case the maximum amounts indicated are intended primarily for compensation due as a result of compulsory insurance and, for the part not absorbed by the same, for compensation due on the basis of guarantees relating to risks for which insurance is not compulsory. The insurance is valid for accidents that the insured suffers while participating in the activity of the policyholder or while performing the tasks declared by the policyholder, which result in death or permanent disability or temporary inability.
