Poland - Installation work in buildings

Description

These proceedings constitute part of the order under the "Municipal heating sources replacement programme".Deadline for completion of the contract: up to 7 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (as per material, time and financial schedule), including: 1) development of the design documentation along with obtaining all required approvals for the construction of a two-function heat substation (technology) in the building according to the functional-utility program within 3 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, 2) development of the heat substation room along with construction of a two-function heat substation (technology), central heating installation, hot water risers and circulation within 6 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The scope of the contract includes, among others: 1) works in the basement of the building - construction of a thermal centre room together with the necessary installations, 2) construction of a new reinforced concrete ceiling over the basement (within dwelling no. 30), 3) renovation and reconstruction of sanitary installations, including:a) change of heating method to the heating supplied from the municipal network together with disassembly of present heat sources in premises,b) construction of hot water and circulation system in the building together with disassembly of present sources for preparation of hot water,c) reconstruction of cold water system,d) reconstruction of sewage system,e) development of project documentation for construction of a double-function heat substation (technology) in the building according to the functional-utility program,f) construction on the basis of the developed project documentation of a double-function heat substation (technology) in the building,4) replacement of window woodwork,5) development, delivery and installation of "information board for the time of construction - in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Principles of marking the investment with regard to the information for Residents" and with specimen boards.
