France - Installation services of food, beverage and tobacco processing machinery

Description

The purpose of this notice is to draw up an agreement for the storage and operation of food and beverage vending machines on RATP's premises, all located in Paris or the Île-de-France region, for the benefit of RATP staff, i.e. approximately 47,000 employees. The sites concerned are tertiary and industrial sites (maintenance workshops, bus centres, etc.). It should be noted that metro/RER/tramway stations are not included in the scope of this agreement.
This agreement authorises the holder to store, operate, supply and maintain in perfect working order and safety vending machines for hot and cold drinks in cups, canned and bottled drinks, foodstuffs and fresh products. The estimated number of vending machines in the RATP's fleet is approximately 800. These are vending machines for hot and cold drinks in cups, canned and bottled drinks, foodstuffs and fresh products, in the RATP's fleet. A map of RATP's parked vending machines is provided in the appendix to the agreement. This data is estimated and may vary upwards or downwards. The vending machines must be able to dispense:- hot and/or cold drinks in cups;- canned and bottled drinks;- all types of food (sweet, savoury, etc.);- fresh products (sandwiches, etc.).This contract is an agreement with no minimum or maximum amount.
