The subject matter of the contract is the realization of the investment task entitled "Installation of photovoltaic installations in the municipality of Zławieś Wielka, stage II".A detailed scope of work has been included in the installation (construction) designs, in the essential provisions of the contract, on the basis of attachment No. 10 - list of installations, and in the technical requirements - which constitute attachment No. 11 (detailed description of the contract)
The subject matter of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled "Installation of photovoltaic installations in the municipality of Zławieś Wielka, stage II".2: The subject matter of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of photovoltaic panel installations in the locations indicated in Annex No. 10 to the ToR on the basis of the project documentation and guidelines of the Employer, implementation in the Municipality of Zławieś Wielka. The project will be implemented under the project entitled "Installation of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Zławieś Wielka, stage II" as part of the Regional Operational Programme of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship for 2014 - 2020, Submeasure 3.1 Supporting generation and distribution of energy from renewable sources The scope of the contract includes:- delivery of equipment and construction materials to the installation site, necessary for the installation of photovoltaic system,- implementation of complete photovoltaic installations in 80 objects, including the automatically cooperating photovoltaic collector system, inverter, necessary electrical installation,Complete photovoltaic installation PV 3.06 kWp 6pcs.Complete PV photovoltaic installation 4.08 kWp 15pcs.Complete PV photovoltaic installation 5.1 kWp 56pcs.Complete PV photovoltaic installation 9.18kWp 3pcs.- filling holes and restoring and repairing parts of damaged surfaces (finishing elements) during construction works,- performing tests of the whole installation and necessary measurements,- commissioning the photovoltaic installation,- preparing operation manuals for the photovoltaic installation,- providing users with operation manuals in Polish and informing them about the principles of safe operation of the photovoltaic installation,- technical preparation of the installation and submission by the property owner of a correct application of the photovoltaic microinstallation to the relevant DSO.2A detailed scope of work has been specified in the Installation Designs 2.1. A detailed scope of work has been specified in the Installation (Construction) Designs, in the material provisions of the agreement, on the basis of appendix no. 10 - list of installations, and in the technical requirements - constituting appendix no. 11 (detailed description of the order).2.2. Wherever in the SWZ or in the designs, a trademark, patent or origin, source or a specific process is indicated which characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, the Contracting Authority allows to offer "equivalent" materials or solutions in terms of technical, utility and operational parameters on condition that they guarantee the execution of works in accordance with the construction designs and ensure the achievement of technical parameters not worse than those assumed in this SWZ and in the designs.2.3 Where the subject matter of the contract is described by reference to standards, European technical evaluations, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Contracting Authority shall accept equivalent solutions.2.4 A contractor applying for solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to prove that the supplies, services or works offered by the contractor meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority.2.5 In case of required in the construction project marking and certificates, the Contracting Authority accepts equivalent markings and certificates.2.6 The required warranty period for the works performed and for the installed equipment counting from the date of signing by the Contracting Authority of the final acceptance protocol of the investment task (without comments) - is at least:2.6.1. 10 years,- Completed works and other installed equipment - min. 5 years,- Other conditions are defined in SWZ (Terms and Conditions)
