Description

The purpose of this notice is to enter into a Master Standing Agreement consisting of one (1) firm and five (5) optional tranches, for the design, development, installation and maintenance of an ERT system in MF19 trains for metro lines 10, 3a, 7a, 12 and 13.Notes:- the optional tranche for TYPE 1 TMA has no minimum amount, but only a maximum amount. The other optional tranches include a minimum and a maximum amount;- WIFI technology imposed;- night services to be provided.
Services and supplies firm tranche:- services, supplies minimum amount: study, project monitoring of the MF19 TMA system MF19 line 10 - partial deployment supply, deployment, commissioning of ground TMA equipment for partial coverage supply of equipment for operation and maintenance supply of on-board TMA equipment for 30 MF19TMA Type 1 trains of the TMA system for three years;- services, supplies maximum amount:-- services, supplies minimum amount.-- Services common to all the lines [storage and guaranteed extension of a TDSE kit, TMA Type 2 of the TDSE system from 1 to 2 500 d/h maximum, cabling test tool, maintenance tools, reversibility, system upgrade services for 1 to 1 500 d/h maximum, SGEEM instantiation for one to four lines maximum, additional services for ground TDSE deployment, supply of on-board TDSE equipment for 1 to 15 additional trains, supply of spare parts for maintenance of on-board TDSE equipment and for trackside TDSE equipment, additional training sessions, additional pre-series on-board TDSE for MF19 for obsolescence treatment, radio cohabitation study, ODT GEN application update, HNO for treatment of anomalies from one to eight years maximum, integration assistance].Line 10 [supply, deployment, commissioning of trackside ERT equipment for coverage densification, additional pre-series on-board ERT for up to six MF19 trains, extended warranty]. Benefits optional tranche-TMA TYPE 1:- no minimum amount - benefits maximum amount:TMA TYPE 1 of the ERT system for up to four years, per one year period.Optional tranche services and supplies - line 3a:- services, supplies minimum amount:study, project monitoring of MF19 L3a ESST system - partial deployment - supply, deployment, commissioning of ground ESST equipment for partial coverage - supply of equipment for operation and maintenance - supply of on-board ESST equipment for up to 6 MF19 trains - supply of equipment for operation and maintenance - supply of on-board ESST equipment for up to 6 MF19 trains - supply of equipment for operation and maintenance - supply of on-board ESST equipment for up to 6 MF19 trains.- Supply, deployment, putting into service of the ground ECTT equipment for densification of coverage;- guaranteed extension.Services and supplies optional tranche - line 7a:- services, supplies minimum amount:-- study, project monitoring of the MF19 L 7a ESST system - partial deployment;-- supply, deployment, commissioning of ground ESST equipment for partial cover;-- supply of equipment for operation and maintenance;-- supply of on-board ESST equipment for a maximum of eight MF19 trains;-- services, supplies maximum amount:-- services, supplies minimum amount;-- supply, deployment, commissioning of ground ESST equipment for densification of cover;-- extension of guarantee.Services and supplies optional tranche - line 12:- services, supplies minimum amount:-- study, project monitoring of the MF19 L12 ECT system;-- supply, deployment, commissioning of ground ECT equipment for continuous coverage;-- supply of equipment for operation and maintenance;-- supply of on-board ECT equipment for a maximum of 52 MF19 trains;-- services, supplies maximum amount:-- services, supplies minimum amount;-- extension of guarantee.Services and supplies optional tranche - line 13:- services, supplies minimum amount:-- study, project follow-up of the MF19 L13 ECTT system;-- supply, deployment, commissioning of trackside ECTT equipment for continuous coverage;-- supply of equipment for operation and maintenance;-- supply of on-board ECTT equipment for a maximum of 67 MF19 DC trains.- services, supplies maximum amount:-- services, supplies minimum amount:-- supply of on-board ESST equipment for a maximum of 67 MF19 CA trains;-- extension of guarantee.NB: for Lines 10, 3a and 7a, the densification of cover may go as far as continuous cover.
