Description

The purpose of the contract is to set up the supervision and operation of the infrastructure allowing the data measured by the IoT (Internet of Things) sensors to be retrieved and made available to value-added services.The market covers the needs of EDF SA, ENEDIS and its French subsidiaries via G2S, which will be listed in the consultation regulations. Foreign subsidiaries as well as CCAS, CTE will be able to benefit, if they so wish and at their first request, from the commercial conditions of the market awarded by EDF SA for its needs.
The perimeter of this lot is composed of any site of the EDF Group in Metropolitan France as well as, if possible, in Corsica or in the DROM, with operated network.The content of this lot includes :- Verification on site that each of the sensors of the pre-study is able to communicate with the server- Determination of the best location of each sensor in each room and mention of the sensors that cannot communicate- Supply, delivery and configuration of the sensors and gateways on the EDF network with a warranty of 1 year minimum- Storage of the sensors- Installation of the sensors- Removal of the sensors (including gestures allowing to take the sensor out of the subscription and thus out of the management and supervision interface), Verification that each of the installed sensors is able to communicate with the server- Elaboration of a report at the end of the installation (file of executed work) including the photo of the sensor location + GPS coordinates + XLS file allowing the injection in the management tool of Injection in the management tool of the Company- REPEX of the sensors- Supervision of the sensors / gateways- Operation of the sensors / gateways including the update of the firmware of the sensors- Troubleshooting, Change of batteries, replacement of sensors, MCO- Implementation (procurement, configuration, installation) of solution to make a site location "receptive" to an IOT communication protocol: LPWAN (LoraWan, Sigfox, ...) or Local (Enocean, Zigbee, BLE,...) Possible network parameterization to be operated- Disposal, waste management- Training on sensor/gateway parameterization of the SCC or the office outsourcer- Expertise on IoT hardwareMore information on these activities is indicated in the RFI parts nº112092 [cf. paragraph VI.3)]. The scope of this lot concerns the LPWAN protocols: LoraWan, Sigfox, Ltem as well as NBIOT on any site of the EDF group in Metropolitan France as well as, if possible, in Corsica or in the DROM.The content of this lot includes:- Supply, delivery and configuration of the gateways on operated network with a guarantee of 1 year minimum - Study of solution to make a site location "receptive" to a LPWAN communication protocol (LoraWan, Sigfox, ...)) Eventual network configuration to operate- Provision of the subscription allowing the connection of the sensors/gateways to the operator's network- Provision of interface for management/supervision of sensors- Provision of tools for configuration of alerts and notifications- Provision of dashboards and data feedback by the sensors (+ API allowing to exploit the data in our IS...) - Data transmission in a secured environment- Waste managementMore information on these activities are indicated in the RFI nº112092 [cf. paragraph VI.3)].
