Service building - Centre for laboratory diagnostics | sanitary facilities.
The University Hospital Cologne is planning the new construction of the "Centre for Laboratory Diagnostics" on the hospital premises in the service building / supply centre. The new area consists of a total of 80 rooms/areas with a floor space of approx. 3,840 m2, for which construction measures are required in the sanitary trade for the following areas:1) Level 0 / 1st floor: laboratory level:- installation activities in the area of the entire level,2) Level 1 / 2. Administrative level:- Dismantling and installation activities in partial areas,3) Level 3 / Roof area:- Dismantling/conversion and installation activities in the new central roof unit,4) Level 4 / Extension:- Installation activities in the area of extension of the existing central roof unit,5) Level 3 to Level 0:- Dismantling, conversion and installation activities in the vertical main shafts.
