Description
In and on the existing property, modernization, conversion and expansion measures are being carried out on the cafeteria of the Leonberg hospital. A building permit has been issued for the work. The cafeteria is located south of the main entrance on a gently sloping orchard meadow. The construction site is accessed via an already prepared site road and parts of the existing fire brigade access road. The measures described here relate to the construction of the extension building and measures on the existing cafeteria at Leonberg Hospital.
The Klinikverbund Südwest (KVSW) operates a cafeteria at the Leonberg hospital site. This will be dismantled down to the statically relevant supporting structure and completely rebuilt. This measure is a reconstruction with extension. In the course of this, the existing guest room will be rebuilt and additionally extended by a further guest room. Furthermore, a new kitchen, scullery and kitchen side rooms as well as a new issue are created in this course. In addition, the new cafeteria will be equipped with an office, storage areas and WC rooms, and a new information centre (ISP) will be installed in the technical centre in room PA.00.X024.1 to accommodate the automation equipment and the associated control and power modules. The following systems and areas of responsibility will be assigned to the new ISP:- Central ventilation system (RLT01) Exhaust air Ventilation system Scullery (RLT02) Hydraulic module WRG RLT01 Fire dampers Volume flow controller Heating/cooling ceilings Control heat distribution network Control cooling distribution network Monitoring cold rooms Kitchen Rinsing stations Fresh hot water station The power supply for the new switch cabinet is provided by the nearby electrical cabinet in the technical room. The connection to the BMS is established via a new network cabinet in the technical centre. The automation station (AS) must be integrated into the existing BMS of the Andover Continuum Cyberstation make. The version of the BMS must be clarified with the client before the start of the installation planning. The version Cyberstation 2.01 is expected to be available.the supplement 070-5 for the ISP Cafeteria is enclosed with the invitation to tender and serves for a better understanding.the following services are tendered:a) b) c) d) e) f) quantity ME field level (actuators and sensors) automation station (I/O modules only) switch cabinets wiring in switch cabinet wiring of the field level programming work The General Technical Terms of Contract for Construction Works, VOB Part C, DIN 18299, DIN 18382 and DIN 18386 shall be applied. All services described in the LV are to be offered in a ready-to-operate version including all accessories. The following supplementary documents shall be made available to the Contractor after the order has been placed for the preparation of his implementation planning and for calculation and final dimensioning. Schematics and function list Floor plans Functional description Measurement point and consumer list The Contractor receives all documents as a file (TRIC or PDF). The further processing is carried out exclusively in the respective format AN (plans in CAD).additional services The following services and documents are to be provided by the contractor as additional services in addition to the installation work: Ancillary services without special remuneration; - Coordination with the other contractors; - Participation in construction meetings; - Agreement on the visualisation and operating concept with the Customer; - Agreement on the existing data network with the Customer; - Commissioning and trial operation of the plant; - Joint review of the services provided with the other contractors; - Performance measurements, necessary tests, inspections and factory acceptance tests as well as all certificates, attestations and protocols relating thereto; - Complete documentation of all electrotechnical equipment with designations according to the specifications of the client; - Transfer of all technical operating data and terminal diagrams to other companies involved in the construction; - EC Declaration of Conformity and CE mark for each main component (Device and Product Safety Act § 3 for placing electrical equipment on the market, Directive 2006/95/EC, Annex IV); - Insertion, stripping, cable termination, strain relief, laying/connection of the installed cables and lines; - Complete signage of all plant components included in the scope of delivery in accordance with the client's guidelines; - The Contractor must inform the Contractor of any necessary structural adjustments and necessary breakthroughs and indicate them in the plan and on site; - Adjustment phase at least one year after commissioning of the systems; - Preparation of the cable pull list and handover to the other parties involved in the construction; - Labelling of field devices according to the prepared cable pull list.All services described in the LV shall be offered in a ready-to-operate version including all accessories. If components are only to be delivered and handed over to third parties for assembly, this will be marked separately within the individual items. Accordingly, within the scope of his scope of services, the contractor shall provide the following documents in accordance with VOB Part C in triple production black/white, planning documents in colour, arranged in A4 folders and as CD-ROM or USB stick with all documents as pdf. and drawings as dwg. and to be handed over to the client at the latest during acceptance:- Automation schematics,- circuit diagrams in accordance with DIN EN 61082-1,- automation station assignment diagrams including addressing,- connection circuit diagram in accordance with DIN EN 61082-1 (bus topology/overview diagram),- overview diagram with entries of the locations of the operating equipment and main points of information,- parts lists,- functional description,- protocols of commissioning and adjustment- All operating manuals and maintenance instructions required for safe and economical operation,- Spare parts lists,- Project-specific programs and data on data carriers,- Protocol on the instruction of operating personnel,- Prescribed works and test certificates,- Setpoints, limit values and operating times,- Function lists,- Cable lists with function assignment and performance specifications.The invoicing of the functions including software is based on the updated function list according to DIN EN ISO 16484-3.
