M In the course of the modernisation of the food supply in the supply centre of the University Hospital Münster, the operational refrigeration systems are put out to tender. Within the scope of the construction project, the refurbishment area "central kitchen" will be completely gutted in 8 construction phases and subsequently restructured. The production operation of the central kitchen will remain in operation in areas directly adjacent to the construction phases. The separation of the production areas from the construction sections is achieved by means of existing and dust protection walls with correspondingly high hygienic requirements. The central kitchen is located on level 5 of the supply centre at a height of approx. 12 m. In the course of the measure, access to the construction site will be ensured by means of a stair tower and construction elevator. Further information can be found in the contract documents. Key data for the trade: Dismantling work - evaporator and media lines of the refrigeration network - shock freezing system and its media lines, electrical engineering - condensers of the network systems - decommissioning of the existing building - network systems, refrigeration machine, individual deep-freezing systems.Installation of:- Compound refrigeration and deep-freezing systems, SF catering, SF bakery, SF production, SK production, shock cooling including machine frame and weather protection housing;- Condensers;- Refrigerant collectors, oil protection doors;- Air-cooled axial condenser with empty housing;- Steel construction for machine and condenser installation;- High-performance evaporator;- Installation of refrigerant lines incl. Installation of electrical switch cabinet machines for the interim period;- Shock cooler;- High performance evaporator;- Cooling register.
