Description

In and on the existing property, modernization, conversion and expansion measures are being carried out on the cafeteria of the Leonberg hospital. A building permit has been issued for the work. The cafeteria is located south of the main entrance on a gently sloping orchard meadow. The construction site is accessed via an already prepared site road and parts of the existing fire brigade access road. The measures described here relate to the construction of the extension building and measures on the existing cafeteria at Leonberg Hospital.
The Klinikverbund Südwest (KVSW) operates a cafeteria at the Leonberg hospital site. This will be completely modernised and converted in the course of one measure. This measure is a reconstruction with an extension in the cafeteria. In the course of this, all technical equipment and the menu connection will be modernised. The heat supply is provided by the existing building and is therefore not part of this measure. The heat distribution network including room heating surfaces in the cafeteria will be 100% new. It is not necessary to dismantle the system in advance. The connection to the existing building is made via an earth channel or in the existing building Bettenbau Süd in UG-1 and UG-2 in the technical centre heat distribution. From here, heat is distributed to the respective heat consumers (heating/cooling ceilings, RLT system, FRIWA); each heating circuit on the distribution system consists of the following components: Butterfly valves Line regulating valve (RL) Dirt trap Non-return valve Thermometer Manometer Continuously variable pump Control valve Sensor Pipe material: Carbon steel pipe is used as the pipe material for the heating system. Insulation insulated in accordance with the energy saving regulations. Pipe penetrations through walls and ceilings with fire protection requirements in accordance with fire protection expertises are provided with pipe bulkheads in accordance with the LAR (Leitungsanlagenrichtlinie). Room heating surfaces; heating/cooling ceilings are provided for heating and cooling the rooms.434 Cooling systems Cooling supply The cold supply is provided by the existing building and is therefore not part of this measure. The cold distribution network in the cafeteria will be 100% new. It is not necessary to dismantle the system in advance. The connection to the existing building is made via an underground duct or in the existing building Bettenbau Süd in the UG-1 and UG-2 in the technical centre cooling distribution. cooling distribution: No new cooling distribution system will be installed, as only one consumer circuit for HVAC systems and heating/cooling ceilings is planned. The cooling circuit consists of the following components: Butterfly valves Line regulating valve (RL) Dirt trap Non-return flap Thermometer Pressure gauge Continuously variable pump Control valve Control valve Sensor Pipe material: - Carbon steel (observe fire protection) incl. paint 2-fold insulation Refrigeration pipe, flexible foam as hose material or sheet material without sheathing Fire behaviour class B-s3,d0, flame-retardant. Hose material made of closed-cell flexible foam, seams glued diffusion-tight, additionally one hose end each glued to the pipe (bulkhead gluing) with special adhesive, according to the processing guidelines of the manufacturer. Cold insulation in usage units and necessary corridors for heating and cooling ceilings made of mineral wool with additional diffusion-tight masking and sheathing Cold consumers: The cold consumers are ventilation units and heating/cooling ceilings. These are also newly erected.
