Description

The Free State of Bavaria is planning the construction of the second research building ZeIT (Center for Integrative and Translational Research) on the newly established medical campus of the University of Augsburg in the immediate vicinity of the existing hospital. 11 900 m2 NUF1-6 the Centre for Clinical Studies (620 m2), Animal Experimental Care (1 640 m2), 3 Core Facilities (total 850 m2), Clinical and Clinical Theoretical Institutes (2 744 m2), Clinical Cooperation Groups/Third Fund Projects (3 616 m2), Environmental Health Sciences (1 167 m2), Medical Information Sciences (526 m2) as well as other rooms with 335 m2 (and 335 m2). The estimated building costs (KG 300 + 400) amount to approx. EUR 115 million gross.the planning performance is required for plant group 7 according to § 53 HOAI. The estimated value of this installation excluding VAT is approximately EUR 12 162 101.
