The municipality of Unterföhring intends to build a new building yard at Birkenhofstr. 14, 85774 Unterföhring.The following work is essentially necessary for the construction measure:The purpose of the measure is the construction of the ventilation installations on the property of the new building yard of the municipality of Unterföhring to be built. Building site (Flur-Nr. 877/2 and 881, Gemarkung Unterföhring).
The municipality of Unterföhring intends to build a new building yard at Birkenhofstr. 14, 85774 Unterföhring.The total area is essentially divided into:- Component A: Personnel/administration building with two staff apartments (1086 m² GFA)- Component B: Workshops and storage (1,648 m² GFA)- Component C: Vehicle hall (1,866 m² GFA)- Component D: Component D: Workshops and warehouse (1,402 m² gross floor area)- Component E: Covered open-air warehouse (736 m²)- Open-air area with parking spaces, driving silos and green areas (14,850 m²)Type and scope of essential services:- approx. 340 m² ventilation ducts and fittings, galvanised sheet steel- approx. 195 m spiral duct, galvanised DN 80 to DN 250- 7 pcs. fire dampers, round and square- 4 pcs. compact ventilation unit up to 6.500 m³/h- 1 pc. chip extraction up to 2.500 m³/h- 1 pc. painting wall with extraction 4.000 m³/h- 1 pc. exhaust extraction up to 1.500 m³/h- 4 pcs. weather protection grilles- 4 pcs. deflector hoods with roof passage- 19 pcs. ventilation grilles- 26 pcs. telle valves- 8 pcs. swirl outlets
