Description

Heating system for space heating.
On the former brewery site at Neumarkt 1, between Schulstraße and Neumarkt, a new administration building for the town of Schwelm is being constructed. The new building will house commercial areas (ground floor), citizens' office (ground floor) and the city administration (first floor) and will be designed as a 5-storey building with underground parking. In the north-east and north-west a flush connection to the neighbouring buildings will be created. The building height increases from north to south. The maximum wall height is 19.40 m. Towards the west, the cubature is reduced by one storey height in order to establish a connection to the lower buildings on Schulstraße. The planned building has a total gross floor area of approx. 11,600 m2.the centralisation of the city administration is a construction measure of the city of Schwelm.the address of the construction project is:Neumarkt 1, 58332 Schwelm.Type and scope of services: Heat generation plant for space heating, consisting of 2 CHP units of 50 kW each, electrical for space heating, emergency power generation and 80.0 kW gas condensing boiler; heating pipe network consisting of approx. 4,600 m of pipe with nominal widths of DN 15-DN 75, 190 underfloor fan coils.
