Description

The entire housing estate comprises 3 houses, each with 3 aboveground floors and a shared underground car park with cellar rooms.buildings A and B are identical and each consist of 15 residential units.house C has only 12 residential units with the same floor space, making a total of 42 residential units.each of the 3 houses has its own technical and house connection room in the basement.
Most of the heat is generated by central gas condensing boilers in the buildings' central heating systems. A separate system will be provided for each building. 50 m2 of additional tube collectors will be provided for each building for TWW heating and heating support. The thermal solar system will be combined with heating buffer storage tanks. To safeguard the entire system, pressure maintenance and automatic replenishment will be provided for each heating system. Heat distribution will take place via the basement to the riser lines. The pipelines are to be laid below the ceiling. If technically necessary, pipelines are also laid in the wall area (one above the other). The heat distribution is generally carried out in a 2-pipe system. all riser lines are equipped with line shut-off valves with presetting option in order to be able to carry out a hydraulic balance. the residential heating circuits can be shut off centrally at the heating circuit distributors.The main heat consumer is an underfloor heating system in each apartment, which is controlled by means of a motor-driven three-way valve according to the outside temperature. A heat meter adapter is provided in each underfloor heating circuit distributor for energy billing.
