Description

The subject of the invitation to tender is the commissioning of 4 lots in connection with the revitalisation (detailed planning, delivery, installation and commissioning) of the gas turbine combined heat and power plant of Energie Steiermark Wärme GmbH at the FHKW Graz-Thondorf consisting of a gas turbine plant (GT plant) FT8-30 with heat recovery steam generator (HRSG) with an electrical output of approx. 24.5 MW and a thermal output of approx. 33 MW.
- Upgrade of the gas turbine controller from the NetCon system to MicroNet+ (hardware and software),- Alternatively, the controller software can be implemented in the existing higher-level I&C system (Siemens T3000). In this case, the licenses required for the software, the programming work and the hardware of the T3000 are also included in the scope of supply and services of the Contractor,- Option: Boroscopy prior to commissioning warm for a test operation prior to the implementation of the Major Overhaul of the Gas Generator,- Commissioning (cold and warm) of the Gas Turbine governor of the Gas Turbine for a test operation prior to the implementation of the Major Overhaul of the Gas Generator,- Major Overhaul of the Gas Generator GG8-1 (serial number: P-726448),- Option: Supervisor and/or assembly Power Turbine (PT) and Gas Generator (GG),- Commissioning (cold and warm) of the Gas Turbine plant after the Major Overhaul. Supply of: - Thermocouple harness left and right (T5),- Thermocouple inserts (T5),- Ignition cable left and right,- Spark plugs,- Speed sensor. - Refurbishment collector box - service coupling generator - power turbine - service gas quick shut-off valves, quick shut-off valves water injection and vent valves - service div. hydraulic oil pumps - service fan acoustic hood - option: service of gas control valves,- option: service water injection control valve,- option: supervisor and/or assembly power turbine (PT) and gas generator (GG). - Integration of the entire auxiliary equipment and the water-side control system into the higher-level I&C system at the site (Siemens T3000) incl. the necessary extension of the I&C system - Exchange of the BosB72h of the AHK - Exchange/Update EMI computer - PC for vibration measurement gas turbine - Circuit breaker gas turbine - Circuit breaker auxiliary power - Generator protection with synchronization and excitation - Renewal of the bearing of the generator rotor and assembly of the removed generator rotor.
