Sewage systemsDuring the construction work, the sewage pipes in the entire building will be dismantled in stages over all floors and replaced by new ones. The new lines will be connected to the existing ground line connections inside the building. In addition, 2 existing lifting units in the KG will be replaced by new ones. water unitsDuring the construction work, the drinking water network in the entire building will be dismantled and renewed. Since the building will be renovated in stages, a temporary drinking water supply system will first be installed for the construction stages that will continue to be used. This temporary solution then connects the new drinking water network with the existing string pipes in the KG. The sanitary facilities and water consumers are supplied exclusively with cold water. Only tea kitchens, showers and cleaning rooms will be supplied with hot water decentrally.All sanitary equipment will be dismantled and replaced by new ones.Gas systemsAn existing gas system to supply two gas boilers will continue to exist. Only conversion work in the technical centre has to be carried out in order to put the new gas boilers into operation.
